Registering your charity with The Donation Co is a seamless process that comes at no cost to you. To proceed, it's essential to be registered with the ACNC (Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission). If you hold a position of authority within the charity, you're well on your way. The only remaining step is to either connect an existing Stripe account or initiate a new one, which can be done effortlessly. By following these steps, you can pave the way for your charity to receive support through The Donation Co's platform.

Thanks for registering.... (We are fairly confident you will) – So thankyou. At The Donation Co, giving is tailored and effective. Donors can support a charity or a specific goal of the charity, like a women's clinic in Jamaica or restoring Queensland's mangroves to help protect the Great Barrier Reef. This approach empowers donors, increasing engagement. Campaigns are categorized by country and category, while goals are detailed, from new water pumps to water well maintenance. Every contribution, whether to the charity or a focused goal, drives impactful change.
Manage
We will handle a lot of the day to day processes, but it is your responsibility to manage sending tax receipts to donors and managing the accuracy of your Campaigns/Goals. For Example if you cease doing charitable work in Africa, please remove any relevant campaigns/goals etc. It is your responsibility to issue tax receipts appropriately etc. Other than that, consider forwarding campaigns and goals to your emailing lists. Moreover, if you have success stories to share, please send them our way. These stories could potentially find a home in The Donation Co's story section, garnering visibility as we promote them through our social channels etc. Your active involvement is instrumental in shaping the impact of your initiatives within The Donation Co community.
